Additional Income During Lease Term. An increase of Annual Household Income for a Household that causes an Annual Household Income to be outside of the Designated Income Range during the lease term for a Workforce Housing Unit shall not be a basis for the City to require the Developer designate an additional apartment as a Workforce Housing Unit.
Additional Income During Lease Term.
