Common use of Additional Information to be Furnished to the Trust Clause in Contracts

Additional Information to be Furnished to the Trust. The Servicer shall furnish to the Issuer, the Board of Trustees, the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee, the Trust Collateral Agent and the Backup Servicer from time to time such additional information regarding the Trust or the Basic Documents as the Issuer, the Board of Trustees, the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee, the Trust Collateral Agent or the Backup Servicer shall reasonably request.

The Servicer shall furnish to the Issuer, the Board of Trustees, the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee, the Trust Collateral Agent and the Backup Servicer from time to time such additional information regarding the Trust or the Basic Documents as the Issuer, the Board of Trustees, the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee, the Trust Collateral Agent or the Backup Servicer shall reasonably request.
