Common use of Additional Insurance Policies Clause in Contracts

Additional Insurance Policies. If DB Contractor carries insurance coverage or additional limits in addition to that required under this CMA, then DB Contractor shall, to the extent feasible, include TxDOT and its members, directors, officers, employees, agents and the Indemnified Parties as additional insureds thereunder, if and to the extent they have an insurable interest. The additional insured endorsements shall be as described in Section 7.7.6.3 and DB Contractor shall provide to TxDOT the proofs of coverage and copy of the policy described in Section 7.7.4. The provisions of Sections 7.7.4, 7.7.6, 7.7.8, 7.7.9, 7.7.13, and 7.8 shall apply to all such policies of insurance coverage.
