Additional Insured Endorsement. An Additional Insured Endorsement (CG20 10 or C20 26), signed by an authorized insurance company representative, must be submitted to the City to evidence the endorsement of the City as an additional insured per General Requirements, Subsection 1) above.
Additional Insured Endorsement. The GLO, its officers, employees, and authorized agents shall be named as additional insureds for all liability arising under this Contract except on Workers’ Compensation and Professional Liability policies. An original additional insured endorsement signed by an authorized insurance company representative must be submitted to the GLO to evidence the endorsement of the GLO as an additional insured on all policies, and the certificate(s) must reference the related GLO Contract Number.
Additional Insured Endorsement. The liability insurance coverage, except Professional Liability, Errors and Omissions, or Workers’ Compensation, if included, required for performance of the resulting contract will include State and its divisions, officers and employees as Additional Insured but only with respect to the Contractor’s activities to be performed under the resulting contract. Coverage shall be primary and non-contributory with any other insurance and self-insurance.
Additional Insured Endorsement. An Additional Insured Endorsement (CG20 10 or C20 26) , signed by an authorized insurance company representative, must be submitted to the County to evidence the endorsement of the County as an additional insured per General Requirements, Subsection a above.
Additional Insured Endorsement. The County of San Diego, the members of the Board of Supervisors of the County and the officers, agents, employees and volunteers of the County, individually and collectively are to be covered as additional insureds on the General Liability policy with respect to liability arising out of work or operations performed by or on behalf of the Contractor including materials, parts, or equipment furnished in connection with such work or operations and automobiles owned, leased, hired or borrowed by or on behalf of the Contractor. General Liability coverage can be provided in the form of an endorsement to the Contractor’s insurance (at least as broad as ISO from CG 2010 11 85 or both CG 2010, CG 2026, CG 2033, or CG 2038; and CG 2037 forms if later revisions used).
Additional Insured Endorsement. An Additional Insured Endorsement (CG 20 10 11 85 or CG 20 26 11 85) , signed by an authorized insurance company representative, must be submitted to the State to evidence the endorsement of the State as an additional insured per General Requirements, subsection a above.
Additional Insured Endorsement. Sponsor shall be added to Participant’s Certificate of Liability Insurance, as an additional insured with regard to liability and defense of suits or claims arising out of the Event, or transportation to or from the Facilities. An Additional Insured Endorsement, consistent with the terms of this agreement, shall be provided to Event management, in a form reasonably satisfactory to Sponsor.
Additional Insured Endorsement. General Liability Insurance must state that Spokane County, its officers, agents and employees, and any other entity specifically required by the provisions of this Agreement will be specifically named additional insured(s) for all coverage provided by this policy of insurance and shall be fully and completely protected by this policy from all claims. Language such as the following should be used “Spokane County, its Officers, Agents and Employees are Named Additional Insured”.
Additional Insured Endorsement. Contractor shall issue District an endorsement naming District, its Board of Trustees, officers, agents, employees, representatives, invitees, and volunteers as Additional Insureds to Contractor’s Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability insurance policies.
Additional Insured Endorsement. Original Additional Insured Endorsement(s) signed by an authorized insurance company representative(s).
