Additional Leased Premises Clause Samples
Additional Leased Premises. 1.1 LESSOR agrees to lease an additional Nine Hundred Fourteen Square Meters (914sq. m.)1, located at the back/outside of the Building (“Outdoor”) where its laundry equipment are constructed, including but not limited to boiler house, fuel tanker and loading docks; With the additional leased premises, total area of LESSEE’s laundry facility shall be Five Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Seven Square Meters (5,287 sq.m.). 1 Layout is hereto attached as Annex “A”.
Additional Leased Premises. Lessor hereby leases to Lessee, and Lessee leases from Lessor, the following:
a. 404 ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. ▇▇e premises consisting of approximately twenty- seven thousand nine hundred eight (27,908) rentable square feet of space in the Montague Business Park, commonly known as 404 ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (▇▇e "404 E. Plumeria Premises").
Additional Leased Premises. The Additional Leased Premises hereunder is Suites E and G located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ of Santa ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, State of California, and identified on the floor plan attached hereto as Exhibit "A". Said Additional Leased Premises contain 1,511 net rentable square feet in Suite E and 2,283 net rentable square feet in Suite G. The reference to the term Premises in the Office Lease shall also apply to the Additional Leased Premises as used in this Fifth Amendment To Office Lease.
Additional Leased Premises. A. A portion of the Farm Bureau Building is currently leased to Sears Credit Card Center, under a lease expiring October 15, 1999 (no extensions). Tenant and Landlord agree that effective upon the expiration date of the Sears lease on October 15, 1999, without any further agreement, the space subject to said lease shall be added to this Lease and become subject to the provisions of this lease in all respects.
B. Landlord (including for this purpose its parent company, Iowa Farm Bureau Federation) occupies a portion of the Farm Bureau Building. If and when Landlord should permanently reduce or remove its occupancy of such portion, Tenant shall have the option to add any and all of such space to this lease, at the effective date of which, said space shall become subject to the provisions of this lease in all respects. Landlord shall notify Tenant not less than ninety (90) days in advance of the date of its space reduction (the "effective date"), and Tenant shall notify Landlord not less than sixty (60) days before the effective date whether or not it shall exercise the option.
Additional Leased Premises. Whenever, pursuant to the Ground Lease, NICTD leases to RDA additional Leased Premises by execution of a supplemental agreement or memorandum to the Ground Lease, the Leased Premises shall become, by the recording of a Supplemental Memorandum of Lease, the same Leased Premises that are leased to RDA by NICTD under the Ground Lease.
Additional Leased Premises. 3.1 The Lease is hereby amended to insert the following immediately following Section 2.4 of the Lease:

The Additional Leased Premises hereunder is Suites A, B, D, F, H and Basement Room A located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ of Santa ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, State of California, and identified on the floor plan attached hereto as Exhibit "A". Said Additional Leased Premises contain 5,356 net rentable square feet in Suite A, 2,752 net rentable square feet in Suite B, 3,518 net rentable square feet in Suite D, 3,044 net rentable square feet in Suite F, 1,394 net rentable square feet in Suite H, and 1920 net rentable square feet in Basement Room A. The reference to the term Premises in the Office Lease shall also apply to the Additional Leased Premises as used in this Sixth Amendment To Office Lease.
Additional Leased Premises. In consideration of the rents, terms, provisions and covenants herein, Lessor hereby leases, lets, and demises to Lessee the additional following described premises (“Additional Leased Premises”).

The Additional Leased Premises hereunder is Room B of the Basement located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ of Santa ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, State of California, and identified on the floor plan attached hereto as Exhibit "A". Said Additional Leased Premises contain 1214 net rentable square feet in Room C of the Basement. The reference to the term Premises in the Office Lease shall also apply to the Additional Leased Premises as used in this First Amendment To Office Lease.
Additional Leased Premises. On the Effective Date of this Fourth Amendment, the description of the Leased Premises as reflected in the Amended Lease and in the exhibits attached to the Amended Lease is amended to include Suite #600 which includes approximately 5,029 square feet and is reflected in the plan view schematic drawing attached to this Fourth Amendment and incorporated herein as Exhibit 1, wherein Suite #600 is marked with blue highlight (the “Additional Leased Premises”).
