Additional Leased Premises. 1.1 LESSOR agrees to lease an additional Nine Hundred Fourteen Square Meters (914sq. m.)1, located at the back/outside of the Building (“Outdoor”) where its laundry equipment are constructed, including but not limited to boiler house, fuel tanker and loading docks; With the additional leased premises, total area of LESSEE’s laundry facility shall be Five Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Seven Square Meters (5,287 sq.m.). 1 Layout is hereto attached as Annex “A”.

Additional Leased Premises. Lessor hereby leases to Lessee, and Lessee leases from Lessor, the following: a. 000 XXXX XXXXXXXX. The premises consisting of approximately twenty- seven thousand nine hundred eight (27,908) rentable square feet of space in the Montague Business Park, commonly known as 000 Xxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx (the "404 E. Plumeria Premises").
Additional Leased Premises. The Additional Leased Premises hereunder are Suites C and H located at 0000 Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, xx xxx Xxxx xx Xxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx of Santa Xxxxxxx, State of California, and are identified on the floor plan attached hereto as Exhibit "A". Said additional lease premises contain 3,113 net rentable square feet in Suite C and 1394 net rentable square feet in Suite H. The reference to the term Premises in the Office Lease shall also apply to the Additional Leased Premises as used in this First Amendment To Office Lease.

The reference to the term Premises in the Office Lease shall also apply to the Additional Leased Premises as used in this First Amendment To Office Lease. Landlord acknowledges having waived its right to exclude Suites 223 and 224 of Suite J from the expansion by Tenant under the terms of Paragraph 13(c) of the Office Lease.

Additional Leased Premises. Commencing December 15, 1997, Lessor does hereby demise, lease and let unto the Lessee and Lessee leases from Lessor 52,000 square feet of additional floor space located in the Lessor's Milesburg plant as more fully shown on the plan attached hereto marked Exhibit "A", which is hereinafter referred to as the "Additional Demised Premises."
Additional Leased Premises. In addition to the Premises leased to Tenant in the Agreement, Landlord leases to Tenant a 40 square foot area (4’ x 10’) for purposes of Tenant maintaining an emergency back-up generator, and space to run conduit from the generator to Tenant’s existing equipment, as depicted on the attached Exhibit A. Tenant may install improvements as depicted in Exhibit A in the area described in Exhibit B, including a concrete base for the generator. Tenant shall remove said improvements upon termination of the Agreement. Tenant shall install, maintain and operate the generator, and any stored fuel, in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations. Tenant’s base for the generator shall include an impervious containment system designed to contain the total volume of Tenant’s stored fuel at the generator site. Prior to operation of the back-up generator, the site and improvements must be inspected and approved by the Village Engineer or his designee.

Additional Leased Premises. 2.1 The Lessor hereby agrees to lease to the Lessee, hereby accepting, the additional office premises located on the second floor of the Building measuring approximately 1548 square feet and described in Schedule A and referred to as units # 270, 270A, 270B, 270C and 270D and 271 (the “Additional Leased Premises”); 2.2 The commencement date for the Additional Leased Premises shall be December 1st, 2020 and the expiry date for the term of the lease thereof shall be the expiry of the Initial Term.. 2.3 The rent for the Additional Leased Premises shall be at the annual rate of $57,89 per square foot with an annual increase of 2% every lease year starting December 1st, 2021 for the remainder of the Initial Term. Additional Leased Premises. Whenever, pursuant to the Ground Lease, NICTD leases to RDA additional Leased Premises by execution of a supplemental agreement or memorandum to the Ground Lease, the Leased Premises shall become, by the recording of a Supplemental Memorandum of Lease, the same Leased Premises that are leased to RDA by NICTD under the Ground Lease.
