Additional Officers. The Trustees from time to time may appoint such other officers or agents as they may deem advisable, each of whom shall have such title, hold office for such period, have such authority and perform such duties as the Trustees may determine.
Additional Officers. The Board of Directors may appoint such other officers and agents as it shall deem necessary, who shall hold their offices for such terms and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as shall be determined from time to time by the Board of Directors.
Additional Officers. The Board may appoint such additional officers as, in its discretion, it may consider appropriate, each of whom shall hold office for such period and have such authority and perform such duties as are provided for in this Agreement or as the Board may from time to time determine.
Additional Officers. The additional officers listed in subsection (a) shall perform such other duties and shall have such other responsibilities and authority as are customarily held by persons holding such office and, as may be from time to time, Approved by the Management Committee.

The Board of Directors from time to time may delegate to any officer or agent the power to appoint subordinate officers or agents and to prescribe their respective rights, terms of office, authorities and duties. Any such officer or agent may remove any such subordinate officer or agent appointed by him or her, for or without cause.
Additional Officers. The Member may also appoint a chief executive officer, a treasurer, and one or more vice presidents, assistant secretaries and assistant treasurers. The Member may appoint such other officers and assistant officers and agents as it shall deem necessary, who shall hold their offices for such terms and shall have such authority and exercise such powers and perform such duties as shall be expressly set forth herein or as shall otherwise be determined from time to time by the Member by resolution not inconsistent with this Agreement.
Additional Officers. The Board of Directors may from time to time elect such other officers (who may but need not be Directors), including a Controller, Assistant Treasurers, Assistant Secretaries and Assistant Controllers, as the Board may deem advisable and such officers shall have such authority and shall perform such duties as may from time to time be assigned by the Board of Directors, the Chairman of the Board, the Vice-Chairman of the Board, the Chief Executive Officer or the President. The Board of Directors may from time to time by resolution delegate to any Assistant Treasurer or Assistant Treasurers any of the powers or duties herein assigned to the Treasurer; and may similarly delegate to any Assistant Secretary or Assistant Secretaries any of the powers or duties herein assigned to the Secretary.
Additional Officers. The Board shall have the power to appoint such additional officers, as it deems necessary.

The Board of Managers may appoint and may empower the Chief Executive Officer and President to appoint such additional officers as the business of the Company may require, each of whom shall hold office for such period, have such authority and perform such duties as are provided in these By-laws or as the Board of Managers (or, to the extent the power to prescribe authorities and duties of additional officers is delegated to him or her, the Chief Executive Officer and President) may from time to time determine.
