Additional Permits. The applicant may be required to obtain additional permits or approvals from the North Bay-Mattawa Conservation Authority or the Ministry of Transportation.
Additional Permits. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and prior to entering the Site, Operator shall apply for a ROW permit, which will not be unreasonably withheld, for all construction and maintenance by Operator (or other parties contracted by the Operator) within the Site that are not already permitted pursuant to the Broadband Corridor Access Permit.
Additional Permits. In the event it may be necessary for the proper performance of this Agreement on the part of the Authority or the Company that any application or applications for any permit or license to do or to perform certain things be made to any governmental or other agency by the Company or the Authority, the Company and the Authority shall execute upon the request of the other such application or applications.
Additional Permits. 19.1 The Owner acknowledges that the Corporation by approving the Site Plans, and entering into this Agreement, does not relieve the Owner from the requirements of obtaining any permit or license that may be required by the Corporation, the County of Xxxxx or any other agency, including any provincially appointed regulatory body or Ministry, before the proposed development can proceed.

The Owner acknowledges that the Municipality by approving the Site Plans, and entering into this Agreement, does not relieve the Owner from the requirements of obtaining any permit or license that may be required by the Municipality, the County of Xxxxx or any other agency, including any provincially appointed regulatory body or Ministry, before the proposed development can proceed.
Additional Permits. (a) The "Owner" acknowledges that the "Township", by approving the "Site Plan", and entering into this agreement, does not relieve the "Owner" from the requirement of obtaining:
(i) any Building Permit that may be required by the Chief Building Official;
(ii) or any Permit, Licence or approval that may be required by the Ministry of Transportation, or by any other agency including any provincially or federally appointed regulatory body before the proposed "Development" can proceed. and the "Owner" agrees to file a copy of all such approvals with the "Township".
(b) Any release given by the "Township" from the terms of this agreement is a release from the matters that are of interest to the "Township" and is not be construed as a release from any other such authority, officer or agency.
Additional Permits. Promptly, but in no event later than 30 days after obtaining knowledge of any Applicable Permit relating to any Borrower Party or Dow (other than any such Permits set forth in Exhibit G-1 as of such time or otherwise theretofore disclosed in writing to Administrative Agent), Borrower shall provide written notice of such Applicable Permit to Administrative Agent.
Additional Permits. Deliver to the Lender promptly, but in no event later than ten (10) Business Days after the receipt thereof by such Co-Borrower, copies of (i) all Applicable Permits or Project Documents obtained or entered into by such Co-Borrower after the Closing Date; (ii) any amendment, supplement or other modification to any Applicable Permit received by a Co-Borrower after the Closing Date; and (iii) all material notices relating to each Project received by any Co-Borrower from any Governmental Authority.
