Additional Service Charges. The Service Provider charges for additional services, including Professional Services and labour, and are either by quotation or at a daily rate plus reasonable expenses. Any materials used will be charged appropriately. Additional Services Charges shall be invoiced upon completion of the particular services or monthly at the discretion of the Service Provider.
Additional Service Charges. In addition to the amounts due and payable each month in accordance with the Fee Schedule specifications of the most current ASO BPA, Claim Administrator may charge Employer for:
a. Any applicable Supplemental Charge(s); and/or
b. Reasonable fees for the reproduction or return of Claim records requested by Xxxxxxxx, a governmental agency or pursuant to a court order; and/or
c. Any other fees that may be assessed by third parties for services rendered to Employer, a portion of which may be retained by Claim Administrator as compensation for Claim Administrator’s support of such services; and/or
d. Any other fees for services mutually agreed upon by the Parties in writing.
Additional Service Charges. Any Services outside the contract scope must receive prior written approval from the School District before rendering or invoicing for such additional Services. Additionally, there will be no mileage reimbursement under this Contract. As to the Optional Add-on services (i.e., the Alert & Notification System and related services) in the Cost Schedule, should Huron Valley Schools request such Services and submit written approval for same, Contractor shall provide such services and submit an invoice in the manner provided for above. If Huron Valley submits approval for the Optional Add-on services part way through a year of the Initial Term or a Renewal Term, then Contractor shall submit an invoice for the Optional Add-on services prorated through the end of then-current year of the Initial Term or Renewal Term as applicable. Otherwise, the Optional Add-on fees if requested shall be payable in annual portions at the beginning of each year of the Initial Term and any Renewal Term and shall be invoiced simultaneous with any other annual fees.
Additional Service Charges. If Xxxxxxxxx determines that non-Sebastian equipment or software connecting the Premises to Sebastian Equipment or Software installed on the side of or adjacent to the Premises (i.e., at a ground block) is the cause of a service problem, I agree that Xxxxxxxxx may charge me to resolve such service problem at my sole cost and expense. If available from Sebastian, I may subscribe to a Sebastian service protection plan that covers service related calls within the Premises. If any other support Services are available from Sebastian, such Services will be at additional charges as described in Xxxxxxxxx’s Price List.
Additional Service Charges. 12.1. Any additional services, including travel time and waiting time related thereto, not contemplated in this Agreement shall be provided by IS Ignite at IS Ignite applicable hourly service rate and minimum charge.
12.2. The applicable hourly service rate and minimum charge is available from IS Ignite upon request.
Additional Service Charges. In addition to the foregoing, Subtenant -------------------------- agrees to pay Sublandlord, as additional rent hereunder, all charges payable by Sublandlord under the Prime Lease Agreement for any additional services provided to Subtenant by Prime Landlord, including, without limitation, any charges and fees for alterations or after-hours heating and air conditioning services (all such services being hereinafter referred to as the "Additional Services" and all such charges being hereinafter referred to as the "Additional Service Charges"
Additional Service Charges. Either There is no Additional Service Charge over and above the Council’s Approved Rate for the cost of your Care and Accommodation. If you wish to purchase Extras, details are set out in Section 10. Or
Additional Service Charges. For any Additional Services provided by Xxxxx Systems during a calendar month, Xxxxx Systems shall invoice Newco as provided in the applicable Change Order. Unless otherwise agreed in a Change Order, Xxxxx Systems will provide Additional Services on a time and materials basis at the T&M Rates.

Additional Service Charges. 6.1 Cardy reserves the right to charge the Customer the following additional charges:
(a) A service charge equal to Xxxxx’s usual call out rate, labour charge, and cost of replacement of spare parts for any services to the equipment which are not covered in this Agreement;
(b) A fee for re-installation or relocation of the equipment;
(c) A charge when Cardy personnel have been unable to obtain safe access to the equipment at the installation site;
(d) An additional travelling charge equal to Xxxxx’s usual call out rates for travel expenses, plus $2.00 per kilometre, to repair any machine beyond a 50km radius of Cardy’s service base;
(e) Toner requested in excess of normal usage based on A4 up to 6% coverage of black and 20% of colour;
(f) A fee to reinstallation of monitoring software;
(g) A pro-rata charge, at RRP for toner or consumables that are changed before the toner is empty; and
(h) A fee for scanning.
6.2 Cardy charges additional fees for:
(a) $1.50 per month, per device for remote monitoring of the machine. This covers meter read collection, and toner levels. If the customer refuses remote monitoring a $15 monthly fee may be charged to cover collection of meters.
(b) $5.00 per month, per device, for up to 10 users, for remote driver support. This covers driver upgrades, remote assistance over team viewer, and new driver installations. This fee is for remote support only. If a technician is required onsite for non-service contract related support, an additional fee may apply.
(c) A freight charge for toner or parts delivery.
(d) A collection cost for collection of equipment at the end of the contract term.
6.3 Cardy may increase the rates and fees in this clause 6 on each anniversary of the commencement date provided that any such increase is reasonable.
