Customer may re-assign a Server-Based License to a different server; provided, that (i) such Server-Based License may not be installed or operated on more than one server simultaneously and (ii) except for a re- assignment in connection with a hardware failure, a Server-Based License may not be re-assigned on a different server within the first ninety (90) days following its most recent installation.
