ADDITIONAL TRANSFEROR PAYMENTS. The provisions of Clause 12.1 shall apply mutatis mutandis as between the Receivables Trustee and each Additional Transferor in its capacity as Additional Transferor of the Receivables and as a Transferor Beneficiary.
