Additional Transferors. The Transferor may designate Affiliates of the Transferor or of any Account Owner to be included as Transferors (each, an “Additional Transferor”) under this Agreement in an amendment hereto pursuant to subsection 7.1(a) and, in connection with such designation, such Transferor shall (i) if the Transferor Interest is evidenced in uncertificated form, direct the Owner Trustee to register in the books and records of the Trust such Additional Transferor’s interest in the Transferor Interest or (ii) if the Transferor Interest is evidenced in certificated form, surrender such certificate to the Owner Trustee in exchange for a newly issued certificate modified to reflect such Additional Transferor’s interest in the Transferor Interest; provided, however, that each Additional Transferor shall agree in such amendment hereto to assume all of the duties and obligations of a Transferor hereunder; and provided further that prior to any such designation and exchange, (i) the Owner Trustee shall have received an Issuer Tax Opinion, (ii) the Note Rating Agency Condition shall have been satisfied, (iii) the Master Trust Trustee shall have received the Master Trust Tax Opinion, if applicable, and (iv) any additional conditions to the transfer of a Beneficial Interest provided in Section 3.02 of the Trust Agreement shall have been satisfied.
Additional Transferors. A Transferor may designate Affiliates of such Transferor to be included as Transferors (“Additional Transferors”) under this Agreement in an amendment hereto pursuant to subsection 13.01(a) and, in connection with such designation, such Transferor shall (i) if the Original Transferor Certificate is certificated, surrender the Original Transferor Certificate to the Trustee in exchange for a newly issued Original Transferor Certificate modified to reflect such Additional Transferor’s interest in the Transferors’ Interest or (ii) if the Original Transferor Certificate is uncertificated, direct the Trustee to register in the books and records of the Trust such Additional Transferor’s interest in the Transferors’ Interest; provided, however, that prior to any such designation of an Additional Transferor, the conditions set forth in clauses (iv) and (vi) of subsection 6.03(b) shall have been satisfied with respect thereto.
Additional Transferors. The Transferor may designate Affiliates of the Transferor to be included as Transferors ("Additional Transferors") under this Agreement in an amendment hereto pursuant to subsection 12.01(a) and, in connection with such designation, the Transferor shall surrender the Transferor Certificate for the applicable Asset Pool to the Owner Trustee in exchange for a newly issued Transferor Certificate for such Asset Pool modified to reflect such Additional Transferor's interest in the Transferor Interest of such Asset Pool; provided, however, that each Additional Transferor shall agree in such amendment hereto to assume all of the duties and obligations of the Transferor hereunder; and provided, further, that prior to any such designation and exchange (i) the Owner Trustee shall have received an Issuer Tax Opinion, (ii) the Note Rating Agency Condition shall have been satisfied, (iii) the Master Trust Trustee shall have received the Master Trust Tax Opinion and (iv) any additional conditions to the transfer of a Beneficial Interest provided in Section 3.02 of the Trust Agreement shall have been satisfied.
Additional Transferors. A Transferor may designate Affiliates of such Transferor to be included as Transferors ("Additional Transferors") under this Agreement in an amendment hereto pursuant to subsection 13.01(a) and, in connection with such designation, such Transferor shall surrender the Original Transferor Certificate to the Trustee in exchange for a newly issued Original Transferor Certificate modified to reflect such Additional Transferor's interest in the Transferors' Interest; provided, however, that prior to any such designation and exchange the conditions set forth in clauses (iv) and (vi) of subsection 6.03(b) shall have been satisfied with respect thereto.

The Transferor may designate Affiliates of the Transferor to be included as Transferors ( “Additional Transferors” ) under this Agreement in an amendment hereto pursuant to subsection 9.01(a) and, in connection with such designation, the Transferor shall (i) surrender the Transferor Certificate to the Owner Trustee in exchange for a newly issued Transferor Certificate modified to reflect such Additional Transferor’s interest in the Transferor Certificate or (ii) if the Transferor Certificate is uncertificated, direct the Indenture Trustee to make the appropriate entries in its books and records to reflect such Additional Transferor’s interest in the Transferor Certificate; provided, however, that prior to any such designation and exchange the conditions set forth in clauses (iii) and (v) of subsection 3.06 of the Trust Agreement shall have been satisfied with respect thereto.
Additional Transferors. Transferor may designate additional or substitute Persons to be included as Transferors under this Agreement by an amendment to this Agreement (which amendment shall be subject to Section 13.1 and to any applicable restrictions in the Supplement for any outstanding Series); provided that prior to any such designation and issuance the conditions set forth in Section 6.3(b) and the Rating Agency Condition shall have been satisfied.
Additional Transferors. Transferor may designate additional or substitute Persons to be included as Transferors under this Agreement by an amendment to this Agreement (which amendment shall be subject to Section 9.1, any applicable restrictions in the Indenture Supplement for any outstanding Series and satisfaction of the Rating Agency Condition) and in connection with such designation, the initial Transferor shall transfer a portion of the Transferor Interest to such additional Transferor reflecting such additional Transferor’s interest in the Transferor Interest; provided that prior to any such designation and issuance the conditions set forth in Section 3.4(b) of Trust Agreement shall have been satisfied with respect to a transfer of Transferor’s Interest.
Additional Transferors. Transferor may designate additional or substitute Persons to be included as Transferors under this Agreement by an amendment to this Agreement (which amendment shall be subject to Section 13.1 and to any applicable restrictions in the Supplement for any outstanding Series) and, in connection with such designation, the initial Transferor shall surrender the Transferor Certificate to Trustee in exchange for a newly issued Transferor Certificate reflecting such additional Transferor's interest in the Transferor Interest; provided that prior to any such designation and issuance the conditions set forth in Section 6.3(b) shall have been satisfied.
