Adherence to Specifications. Hollister-Stier shall, subject to Section 5.1 hereof, produce the Prxxxxx xx xxxxxxance with the Specifications for the Product.
Adherence to Specifications. 2.1.1 CIMAB shall manufacture the Products in accordance with the Specifications applicable thereto in effect at the time of the manufacture of the Products.
Adherence to Specifications. Supplier shall ensure that all goods supplied by it to Buyer meet Buyer’s specifications (“Specifications”) applicable to such goods, as Buyer may, from time to time, in Buyer’s sole discretion, amend them. Such Specifications shall remain in effect until Buyer amends its Specifications and delivers notice of such amended Specifications to Supplier. Specifications shall not be altered, changed, modified, deviated from, or waived except as approved in writing by an officer of Buyer at the level of Vice President or above. Delivery by Supplier of product that does not meet Specifications may result in removal of Supplier from Buyer’s approved supplier program.
Adherence to Specifications. All Purchase Orders will reference a part number and a revision number. If Enphase does not have a part drawing of the part revision specified in the Purchase Order, it is the responsibility of Enphase to request drawings and specifications of the referenced revision. If Enphase identifies any ambiguity or contradiction in the specification or part drawing, it is the responsibility of Enphase to inform SunPower of the ambiguity or contradiction, and to resolve such issue prior to production.
Adherence to Specifications. The Supplier shall produce the Drug Substance strictly in accordance with the Specifications.
Adherence to Specifications. Hollister-Stier shall, subject to Section 9.1 herexx, xxxxxxx xxx Intermediate(s) and Product(s) in accordance with the Specifications for the Intermediates(s) and Product(s).
Adherence to Specifications. During the Term, Supplier shall Manufacture all Products supplied to Purchaser in accordance with the Specifications provided by Purchaser, Supplier’s standard operating procedures, quality requirements and industry standards.
Adherence to Specifications. Contractor shall furnish the Services in accordance with the Specifications and requirements, and shall comply in all respects with the terms and conditions, award and issuance of a Purchase Order. Deviations discovered after purchase shall be corrected at no cost to the Authorized Purchaser.
Adherence to Specifications. Omrix warrants that all Product shall be Processed in accordance with the Specifications. FFF warrants that, for the entire period the Product is in possession and under the responsibility of FFF (i.e., as from the time the Product is received by FFF until such time the Product has been successfully distributed, marketed, offered for sale sold and/or imported by FFF to a third party or user), FFF shall comply with the Handling Specifications.
Adherence to Specifications. The Software, including all enhancements, modifications, and new releases thereof, will operate in accordance with the specifications and documentation provided to Allstate. For a period of ninety (90) days from Allstate's written acceptance of any Software installed at Allstate's facilities, Acxiom will correct, without charge to Allstate, any errors which cause the Software to fail to perform in accordance with the relevant specifications. This warranty will not apply to the extent that such error is a result of modifications performed by a party not employed by or under the control of Acxiom. For all Software not installed at Allstate's facilities, Acxiom will correct all malfunctions without charge to Allstate during the Term of this Agreement.
