Adjustment of additional amount. If the additional amount differs from the amount of GST payable by the supplier on the Supply: (i) the supplier must promptly issue an Adjustment Note to the Recipient; and (ii) an amount equal to the difference must be paid by the supplier to the Recipient, or by the Recipient to the supplier, as appropriate.
