Adjustments Affecting Registrable Shares. The Corporation will not take any action, or permit any change to occur, with respect to its articles of incorporation or bylaws which would prevent the holders of Registrable Shares from including such Registrable Shares in a registration undertaken pursuant to, or otherwise prevent the holders from exercising their rights under, this Agreement or which would prohibit the Corporation from granting the holders the registration rights set forth in this Agreement.
