Adjustments following review. For the purposes of clause 5.2(b)(ii), DHA will calculate the necessary adjustments after a concluded rent review so as to place the parties in the same position as if the final determined rent took effect the day after the relevant Review Date, either by:
(a) DHA paying the Lessor the amount of any underpayment within 14 days of the determination of rent; or
(b) the Lessor refunding within 14 days of demand, or DHA deducting from its monthly rent payments, the amount of any overpayment.
