Adjustments i. Payment shall be on a monthly basis in arrears based upon the estimated number of FTE students in membership during the FTE survey periods. The final payment during any fiscal year shall be adjusted to reflect the number of actual FTE students in membership during the FTE survey periods. Total funding shall be recalculated during the School year to reflect actual WFTE students reported by the School during the FTE student survey periods.
