Administrative Access. The term ‘‘administrative access’’ means the unrestricted use of land and interests in land for ingress and egress by an agency of the United States (including a permittee, contrac- tor, agent, or assignee of the United States) in order to carry out an activity authorized by law or regulation, or otherwise in furtherance of the management of federally-owned land and resources.

3.2 All System Administrators must be employees or officers of the Customer or authorised administrative users as specified by the Customer and agreed with Traineasy.

Should Client fail to timely cure, TrueData will have the right to invoice Client for the cost of the additional access to the Platform Instance. The Administrator must de-authorize any employees who cease to be employed by Client within three (3) business days. TrueData may suspend any access credentials at its reasonable discretion.
