Administrative Agent’s Fee Clause Samples
The Administrative Agent’s Fee clause defines the compensation that the administrative agent is entitled to receive for performing its duties under the agreement. Typically, this fee is paid by the borrower and may be structured as a one-time payment, a recurring fee, or based on specific services rendered. The clause ensures that the administrative agent is properly compensated for managing the administrative aspects of the loan, such as coordinating communications, processing payments, and maintaining records, thereby facilitating smooth operation and oversight of the loan arrangement.
Administrative Agent’s Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent for its own account fees in the amounts and at the times previously agreed upon between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
Administrative Agent’s Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent a nonrefundable fee (the “Administrative Agent’s Fee”) under the terms of a letter (the “Administrative Agent’s Letter”) between the Borrower and Administrative Agent, as amended from time to time.
