Administrative Leave - Payment at Separation. Employees who separate employment shall receive payment for up to forty (40) hours of unused administrative leave. Employees assigned a fifty-six (56) hour work week shall receive payment for up to forty-eight (48) hours of unused administrative leave. Payment shall be at the base pay rate at the time of separation.
