Administrative Services; Payments Therefor. (a) Insurance Company shall provide the administrative services set out in Exhibit B hereto, as may be amended from time to time, relating to the Service Class shares of the Funds. For such services, each Fund agrees to pay to the Insurance Company, or its designee, an annual fee (the “Fee”) equal to 0.25% of the average daily net assets of the Fund attributable to the Contracts. The parties agree that the Fee will be paid on a monthly basis.
