Advance Notice and Discussion Between the Parties. The Board shall give not less than sixty (60) calendar days notice in writing to the Union of its intention to introduce technological change. Upon receipt of such notice the Union shall, within ten (10) calendar days, meet with the Board to discuss the intended technological change. Discussion between the parties shall include the opportunity for training, retraining or transfer in accordance with the provisions of Article 30.03, of those employees who will be displaced by the said change.
