Common use of Advance of Pay Clause in Contracts

Advance of Pay. In the event that an employee is to be on annual leave for not less than two (2) calendar weeks, the employee, upon a request made at least two (2) weeks prior to his/her last work day, shall be afforded the opportunity to have his/her next regularly scheduled pay check forwarded in accordance with his/her wishes.
