Common use of ADVANCE RENTAL Clause in Contracts

ADVANCE RENTAL. Upon execution of this Lease, Lessee shall pay to Lessor an advance payment in an amount equal to the Rent Factor multiplied by the Master Lease Line (plus applicable taxes) (the "Advance Rental"). A pro-rata portion of the Advance Rental shall be deemed to prepay as of the date of this Lease the last Rental Payment for each Schedule. If the Master Lease Line has not been fully expended by the Funding Expiration Date, Lessor shall retain the unutilized portion of the Advance Rental as compensation for expenses.
