Common use of Advertising Rights Clause in Contracts

Advertising Rights. Pepsi may advertise and promote its Products in and with respect to the Customer and its Outlets upon mutually agreed to terms and conditions.

Advertising Rights. Pepsi may advertise and promote its Products in and with respect to the Customer and its Outlets Facilities upon mutually agreed to terms and conditions. In addition, Customer must display appropriate brand identification for each Product served on all menus (including catering and digital), menuboards and postmix dispensing valves at each of the Facilities throughout the Term.
