Common use of Advertising Rights Clause in Contracts

Advertising Rights. Any advertising or marketing of any kind on or in the Stadium Complex including, but not limited to, Scoreboard announcements, Video Replay System announcements, Signage, ticket advertising, Playing Field advertising, sponsor advertising on concession or “give away” merchandise, programs, year books and all other print and display advertising distributed at the Stadium Complex.
