Common use of ADVERTISING SIGNS Clause in Contracts

ADVERTISING SIGNS. 5.14.1. shall not affix or paint any advertising or hanging sign on the exterior of the BUILDING or on the windows or doors of the LEASED PREMISES without the LANDLORD’S prior written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. 5.14.2. Shall: 5.14.2.1. maintain the good appearance of any advertising or other sign erected in terms of 5.14.1; 5.14.2.2. keep it in proper working order; 5.14.2.3. comply with all the requirements of any competent authority in respect of any advertising or other sign erected in terms of 5.14.1; 5.14.2.4. remove any sign affixed or painted in terms of 5.14.1 and make good any damage caused to the BUILDING or the LEASED PREMISES by such removal upon the termination of this lease.
