Advertising Standards. Both Seller and Dealer recognize the need for maintaining the highest standards of ethical advertising which is of a quality and dignity consonant with the reputation and standing of Nissan Products. Accordingly, neither Seller nor Dealer shall publish or cause to be published any advertising relating to Nissan Products that is not in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and orders or that is likely to mislead, confuse or deceive the public or impair the goodwill of Manufacturer, Seller or Dealer or the reputation of Nissan Products or the Nissan Marks.
Advertising Standards. In order to secure and maintain the confidence and respect of the public in Dealer, Distributor, Manufacturer and Isuzu Products, Dealer will at all times maintain the highest standards of ethical advertising and will not publish or cause or permit to be published any advertising relating to any of its dealership operations or to any Isuzu Product which is not in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and orders or that is likely to mislead or deceive the public or impair the goodwill of Dealer, Distributor or Manufacturer or the good reputation of Isuzu Products.

Accordingly, neither Seller nor Dealer shall knowingly publish or cause to be published any advertising relating to Infiniti Products that is not in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and orders or that is likely to mislead, confuse or deceive the public or impair the goodwill of the manufacturer of the Product, Seller or Dealer or the reputation of Infiniti Products or the Infiniti Marks.
Advertising Standards. FPC has established standards for all advertising, promotional and training materials used or distributed by Licensee which relate to the Services. Licensee shall provide to FPC, for its prior review and written approval, all promotional, advertising and other materials or activity using or displaying FPC's name or the Services, or referring to Licensee as a Licensee of FPC.
Advertising Standards. (a) Master Franchisee must comply with all applicable Laws and industry codes of practice in relation to advertising, marketing, sales promotion and public relations in all material respects and to the advertising, marketing, sales promotion and public relations standards of BKAP described herein in all material respects.
(b) Master Franchisee must request BKAP’s prior approval of all Burger King Advertising Materials and Burger King Packaging Materials which contain one or more of the Burger King Marks and/or Burger King Domain Names. Requests for the approval of Burger King Advertising Materials and Burger King Packaging Materials shall be simultaneously sent to the Marketing Director and Legal Director designated by BKAP, for approval on behalf of BKAP in accordance with the procedures set forth in clause 10(6)(c). Approval of the materials shall be evidenced by the signature of a representative of each respective functional director designated by BKAP. BKAP’s review and approval of any materials prepared under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver by BKAP of the Master Franchisee’s other obligations hereunder.
(c) Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Master Franchisee must submit a request in writing for approval of BKAP for all public relations material (for example, press releases or information statements) relating to any aspect of the Burger King System, ingredients in menu items, public health issues, nutritional issues, or any other matter which may reasonably be expected to have an adverse impact on the public perception of the brand or reputation of BKAP before using any such material, and BKAP shall use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to such request for approval within two (2) Business Days.
(d) Without limiting clause 10(6)(a) and BKAP’s rights under clause 10(6)(b), Master Franchisee must comply with the review mechanism for adherence to BKAP’s advertising, marketing and sales promotion standards set forth below:
(i) As soon as practicable, after first use of any advertising or sales promotional material in respect of the Restaurants or the Burger King System or which includes one or more of the Burger King Marks or Burger King Domain Names, Master Franchisee must provide to BKAP a copy of all such material (except as previously provided pursuant to clause 10(6)(b)), and:
(A) in the case of television or radio material, a recording of the relevant material together with a transcript of its content; and
(B) in t...
Advertising Standards. 11.6.1 Master Franchisee must comply with all applicable Laws and industry codes of practice in relation to advertising, marketing, sales promotion and public relations in all material respects and to the advertising, marketing, sales promotion and public relations standards of PLK described herein in all material respects. 11.6.2 Master Franchisee must request PLK’s prior approval of all Popeyes Advertising Materials and Popeyes Packaging Materials which contain one or more of the Popeyes Marks and/or Popeyes Domain Names. Requests for the approval of Popeyes Advertising Materials and Popeyes Packaging Materials shall be simultaneously sent to the marketing and legal representative designated by PLK, for approval on behalf of PLK in accordance with the procedures set forth in clause 11.6.

SUZUKI and DEALER recognize the need to maintain at all times the highest ethical standards in advertising and which evoke an image consistent with the equality and reputation that SUZUKI and Suzuki Products enjoy in order to maintain public confidence in, and respect for, DEALER, SUZUKI and Suzuki Products. Accordingly, DEALER shall not publish, nor cause or permit to be published, advertising relating to Suzuki Products which is not in compliance with all federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations or that is likely to mislead or deceive the public or impair goodwill, good name and reputation of SUZUKI, Suzuki Motor Corporation or Suzuki Products. If SUZUKI, in its sole judgment, determines that any of DEALER'S advertising is inappropriate and which may be injurious to SUZUKI's reputation or to the business of SUZUKI or DEALER, it shall so advise DEALER. Upon receipt of such notice, DEALER agrees to immediately discontinue all such appropriate advertising.
Advertising Standards. Customer will follow the Notice and Choice Provisions of the NAI Principles found at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx and will publish and comply with a legally sufficient privacy policy that fulfills the requirements of the DAA Self-Governing Principles found at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxxx. Company reserves the right to the AdChoice icon (or a similar icon) on the ads provided by Customer that do not already include such icon and pass through any associated fees and expenses.
Advertising Standards. Both parties acknowledge that they have a responsibility to comply with all relevant Advertising Regulations. The parties will co-operate with each other to ensure satisfaction of the requirements of any applicable Advertising Regulation.

The Client shall inform Alphabet Soup without delay if the Client considers that any Material submitted to the Client by Alphabet Soup for approval is false or misleading in relation to the Client's product or service or in any way contrary to law or to any applicable code.
