Advise and Consult. The DESIGN/BUILD TEAM shall advise and consult with the DFCM during the Construction Phase. No one shall be entitled to rely upon any representation by the DESIGN/BUILD TEAM unless it is in writing and signed by the DESIGN/BUILD TEAM Project Manager or a principal of the DESIGN/BUILD TEAM.
