Common use of Advisers and third parties Clause in Contracts

Advisers and third parties. The Commonwealth may at any time require the Recipient to arrange for: (a) its Advisers; (b) its Personnel, other employees and subcontractors or the Project Partners involved in the Project; or (c) any other third party, to whom Commonwealth Confidential Information may be disclosed pursuant to clause 20.4(a) or clause 20.4(b), to give a written undertaking relating to the use and non-disclosure of the Commonwealth’s Confidential Information in the form approved by the Commonwealth.

Advisers and third parties. The Commonwealth may at any time require the Recipient Grantee to arrange for: (a) its Advisers; (b) its Personnel, Personnel and other employees and subcontractors or the Project Partners involved in the Project; or (cb) any other third party, to whom Commonwealth Confidential Information may be disclosed pursuant to clause 20.4(a18.4(a) or clause 20.4(b18.4(b), to give a written deed of undertaking relating to the use and non-disclosure of the Commonwealth’s 's Confidential Information in the form approved by the Commonwealth.
