Common use of AECS Amount Clause in Contracts

AECS Amount. 4.1. Where the AECS applies, the Contracting Retailer will be deemed to have provided part or all of the Credit Support Amount in the form of and for the value of the AECS. 4.2. The Contracting Retailer will be required to provide the Remaining Credit Support Amount to us using Eligible Credit Support. The “Remaining Credit Support Amount” is equal to the Credit Support Amount less the AECS. 4.3. The amount of the AECS will be determined by reference to: a) the credit assessment score as set out in Schedule 2F of the Business Terms: Equivalence of Credit Assessment Scores; or b) the Minimum Credit Rating as set out in Schedule 1, Part 1 of the Wholesale Contract. 4.4. The amount of the AECS will be determined as set out in the table below.
