Affiliate Commissions. 8.3.1 The provisions of that letter agreement Re: Leasing Commissions dated March 21, 1995, among Aetna, MTP-South Tower LP, IBM and MTP-Development, providing for certain restrictions on leasing commissions payable to MTP-Development or other affiliates of MTP-South Tower or its Equity Owners, shall terminate on the Effective Date.
8.3.2 With the consent of Aetna, prior to the Effective Date not more than 50% of certain commissions otherwise due have been paid to MTP-Development in connection with The Los Angeles Unified School District lease, the Finova Capital Corporation lease, and The Boston Consulting Group lease, as provided for in the acknowledgment agreements executed in connection with each such lease, pursuant to which the balance of such commissions were to be neither due nor payable until and unless the Loan and all other obligations of MTP-South Tower have been paid in full. As provided for in Section 1.8.2 above, Aetna has waived such restrictions and permitted such payment on the Effective Date, and Aetna hereby agrees that such restrictions shall not apply in connection with such commissions payable to MTP-Development or other affiliates of MTP-South Tower in connection with leases executed after the Effective Date in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Affiliate Commissions i. Digital River will optimize affiliate commission rates with the target being greatest overall net dollars to Symantec. As the Symantec Affiliate Program matures, commission rates may be optimized by product, based on experience. All such changes are subject to Symantec’s prior written approval.
ii. When the Symantec Affiliate Program begins, the commission shall be [*]. Digital River, with advance written approval from Symantec, will also recommend and optimize Affiliate incentives in the form of higher or lower commission rates for meeting sales thresholds; and Digital River will attempt to keep the range of such commissions at or around [*] to [*]. Affiliate Commissions. Your affiliate dashboard is unique to you. It contains everything you'll need to promote our site and our products, including: • Your affiliate link, • One-click sharing to social media, • Banner ads, • And more sharing resources. You can also access your affiliate dashboard by simply logging into your ELITE profile online, and then on the internet browser bar type in xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx/affiliate-dashboard. You will find your affiliate link on your dashboard. Copy this and share it with all your contacts and social media pages. As you send traffic to our website via your affiliate link, you will receive credit for each unique visitor, opt-in (email address) and purchase you send our way. Your progress for each category of referral will be reflected in real-time on your affiliate dashboard. Each link provided by Sample has an Affiliate ID attached. We can't track your sales and traffic without you posting the full URL, so please be sure to use your affiliate link. Our social sharing shortcuts have your affiliate link embedded in their posts. When a prospect visits our site from your affiliate link, it will automatically register their purchase (if/when they make one), and credit the commission on the sale to you. As your referrals generate sales, you will earn affiliate commissions. Please contact our affiliate manager for the most up-to-date commission percentages. Commission checks are issued once a month 40 days after the sale. This is to ensure that the customer doesn't return the product. We can pay you via PayPal or manual EFT to your bank account, whichever you prefer. You can also make use of your credit to purchase your own products.
Affiliate Commissions. We shall pay you a per-sale commission for any valid sale you refer to The Perfect Pitch That Sells. For a valid sale ALL of the following are true: • The sale was made as a result of your active referral efforts. We determine that if any of the following is true: • At the time of order the customer has an active cookie indicating you as the last affiliate who referred them to our website, provided that the customer has not reached our website through a search engine with a search string not containing the The Perfect Pitch That Sells name; • You claim that you have referred a customer no later than 2 months from their order date, the customer does not object to that claim and we do not have information that attributes the sale to another advertising channel. • Your affiliate account must be active at the time of the sale. No commission is due for sales that were made before you registered for our Affiliate Program. • The customer you refer has not used our services before and has not signed up for an affiliate account with us before. • The customer completed their order processes without any assistance from you, including when you act on behalf of the customer. • The sale is for any of our web hosting plans. Sales for other services or additional account features do not qualify for commissions. • The sale is for any of our web hosting plans at any billing cycle. If the sale is for a shared hosting plan for more than 1 month, the item price should be more than 40 USD, 40 EUR, 40 AUD, 30 GBP, or the equivalent of 40 USD as per the average monthly exchange rate for any other respective currency that might be used The customer to complete payment for their hosting account. • The referred customer has maintained his account active, with a domain name pointed to one of our servers and a website with user-uploaded content for the minimum required period as described below. User-uploaded content is defined as content different from any default installation via automated installation tools we provide or different from any default content you upload across the accounts you refer. Affiliate Commissions. (a) Eligibility: Except in jurisdictions in which payment of Commissions is not permitted, and/or where we have not accepted your Application to be an Affiliate, and/or where you have violated these Affiliate Terms, you will be eligible to earn Commissions.
(b) How Commissions Are Earned: A Commission is earned when a third party (not you or HEIJSIDE MOTIVATION or any of our respective owners, directors, agents, or employees) does all of the following: (i) The party clicks on a Referral Link, (ii) Once at the HEIJSIDE MOTIVATION web page to which that Referral Link points, the party signs up for a Subscription to the Service, and (iii) The party pays the applicable subscription fees. The party that completes these three steps (i)-(iii) herein shall be referred to herein as a “Referred Party”. Commissions are earned only for the first 12 consecutive months during which the Referred Party remains a paid Subscriber.
(c) Commissions Are Not Earned If: The referring party is not an Affiliate and the Affiliate has violated any provision of these Affiliate Terms.
Affiliate Commissions. As an Affiliate, You will receive commissions based on the purchases of 10X Health Network products by yourself, your referred customers, and your referred Affiliates: • You will earn 20% commissions (rebates) on your own personal purchases of 10X Health Network products. Such commissions are based on the purchase price exclusive of sales tax and shipping charges. • You will earn 20% commissions on sales to your referred customers. Such commissions are based on the purchase price exclusive of sales tax and shipping charges. • When an Affiliate whom you have personally referred to 10X Health Network purchases 10X Health Network products and/or refers customers to 10X Health Network, you will receive a bonus on such sales. This Tier 1 bonus shall be 10% of the Bonus Value (BV) of such products. BV is generally 50% of the Suggested Retail Price of 10X Health Network products, but may vary. Tier 1 bonuses are based on the BV of products exclusive of sales tax and shipping charges.
Affiliate Commissions. Company shall provide Affiliate with 20% commission (minus the PayPal fee as described below) for each individual who signs up through Affiliate’s link (“Affiliate Commission”).
Affiliate Commissions. Company shall provide Affiliate with 25% for members and %25 for previous members of the Hashtag Files Society for each individual who signs up through Affiliate’s link (“Affiliate Commission”).
i. Affiliate must use the affiliate link located in the affiliate dashboard in the Hashtag Files Society membership site in order to receive Affiliate Commission
ii. Affiliate must sign up with a valid email which is attached to a valid PayPal account.
Affiliate Commissions. In accordance with paragraph 11.4 below, the affiliate commissions will be paid out to you every month in accordance with the payment plan selected by you, after you have concluded the registration process and/or we have activated additional Trackers. We have the right not to accept the payment plan selected by you. Moreover, we may, at any time and after notification, transform any payment plan and any linked Tracker made available hereunder from a Revenue Share Plan into a CPA Plan or vice versa, or to any other plan which we may operate from time to time.
Affiliate Commissions. Employer will pay Employee 50% of any commissions received by Employer arising out of Employer’s sales of products or services of a third party as a result of Employee introducing or setting up the relationship with such third party.
