Affiliate Responsibilities. 2.3.1 Affiliate will retain full responsibility for the care and welfare of its patients and/or clients. It is understood that individual patient care and client services are not controlled, supervised, or paid for by University, and University does not derive revenue from Affiliate patients or clients or third-party payors for services at Affiliate. 2.3.2 Affiliate will provide educational experience opportunities for students in patient care areas, service departments and other selected areas. In this regard, Affiliate will provide the equipment, facilities, supplies and services for students and faculty assigned to Affiliate necessary to meet the objectives of the training program. 2.3.3 Affiliate staff members, or Affiliate staff members with University of Minnesota faculty appointments, shall be responsible for teaching, supervising and evaluating the performance of students assigned to Affiliate. Such Affiliate staff members shall provide University with written evaluations of the performance of the students. 2.3.4 Affiliate will provide for the orientation of students as to Affiliate’s rules, regulations, policies and procedures, including its safety policies and procedures. Affiliate will identify and provide students and University with copies of current policies and procedures at the Affiliate site that apply to the educational experience of the students. 2.3.5 Affiliate will render the same emergency medical care to students that it provides for its employees in the event of an accident or sudden illness that occurs at the Affiliate site during the course of students’ training experience under this Agreement. As set forth in Section 2.2.5, neither Affiliate nor University is responsible for hospitalization or medical costs incurred by the student during the training program. 2.3.6 To the extent Affiliate generates or maintains educational records related to students participating under this Agreement, Affiliate will maintain the privacy of those records and limit access to only those employees or agents with a need to know. For purposes of this Agreement, pursuant to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”), University hereby designates Affiliate as a school official with a legitimate educational interest in the educational records of the participating students to the extent that access to University’s records is required by Affiliate to perform its responsibilities under this Agreement.

Students may participate in education or continuing education activities of the AFFILIATE as appropriate. B. Provide education experiences as stated in the objectives and philosophy of the UNIVERSITY and supervision appropriate to the academic level of assigned students. C. Complete all applicable forms requested by the UNIVERSITY relating to student evaluation and information regarding the teaching site in a timely manner. D. Request the UNIVERSITY to withdraw the student from the assigned education experience, when his/her conduct of performance is deemed unsatisfactory. To assist UNIVERSITY in its due process obligations to a student removed from the program, AFFILIATE agrees to provide a written statement of the reasons for the withdrawal or exclusion. E. Provide information and/or training on appropriate security and personal safety measures to all UNIVERSITY students and faculty assigned to AFFILIATE in all locations where instruction occurs. F. Allow student rotations to take place at all facilities owned and/or operated by AFFILIATE, as appropriate.

Affiliate faculty agrees to provide University with written evaluations of the performance of the students. 2.3.4 The Affiliate agrees to identify and provide the University with current copies of any policies and procedures at the clinical site, which apply to the educational experience of the students.

Affiliate Responsibilities. 7.01 Affiliate shall be responsible for: 7.01.01 Except for payment to Affiliate by Accretive for certain occupancy expenses to be set forth in Appendix I (“Reimbursement for Occupancy Expenses”) of the respective Affiliate Schedule, Affiliate will make available at no cost to Accretive the Affiliate Service Locations set forth on Appendix B of the applicable Affiliate Schedule for the time periods set forth in such Appendix, which Appendix may be amended from time to time by the respective Affiliate. Affiliate shall also make available to Accretive any on-site and off-site storage currently used by Affiliate in connection with the
Affiliate Responsibilities. 2.2.1 Upon completion of the agreed upon term at the host institution, the participating student must return to the Affiliate without fail. Any extension of stay must be approved by both institutions. 2.2.2 The Affiliate shall acknowledge the academic achievements of the student at the University, based on the number of credits completed and/or total hours of academic work involved, as mutually agreed between the two institutions.
Affiliate Responsibilities. 2.3.1 Affiliate shall work closely with VCU’s Study Abroad Office to facilitate the enrollment, academic credit transfer, and financial process. 2.3.2 Affiliate agrees to accept all VCU applicants provided that they meet the minimum admissions criteria of the affiliate and adhere to all deadlines and requirements. 2.3.3 Affiliate shall provide participating students with a transcript at the completion of their studies at Affiliate. 2.3.4 Affiliate agrees to allow students using financial aid to defer their payments for tuition, housing and program fees upon receipt of official documentation in the form of a letter from VCU Financial Aid stating the timeline of the students’ financial aid disbursement. 2.3.5 Affiliate shall provide details, including costs when applicable, on student services support for the duration of their term of study including the following services as outlined: a. Affiliate Responsibilities. A. Affiliate and its staff will retain ultimate control and authority over all parameters of its obligations to provide safe patient care. Affiliate has ultimate decision making power over the details of care including training activities and direct supervision of Program Participants' learning experiences. B. Affiliate agrees to accept and provide clinical experience to Program Participants from NMSU. However, Affiliate will be under no obligation to accept any individual Program Participant unless agreed upon by NMSA and Affiliate. C. Affiliate agrees to maintain sufficient staff support to carry out all normal service functions. Program Participants will not replace or displace Affiliate’s paid staff . D. All patient orders and staff instructions, methods, techniques and procedures initiated, or performed by Program Participants will be subject to prior review, approval and counter signature by appropriate Affiliate licensed clinical personnel. Affiliate, together with its patient care staff, agrees to maintain exclusive control over Affiliate's patients' care and be the responsible party for all decisions related to such health care and treatment. Program Participants will not have independent authority. E. Affiliate personnel will proactively inform Affiliate's patients, customers and others concerning the training role of the Program Participants in order to prevent any mistaken impression by the patients or others. F. The administration of all clinical services at Affiliate's facilities will be the sole responsibility of, and under the complete and immediate direction, control and professional supervision of Affiliate's staff and authorized agents and consultants. G. Affiliate will provide Program Participants first aid for work-related accidents and illnesses, such as blood and body fluid exposure. The charges for such medical services will be billed to the Program Participant or his or her insurance carrier. Affiliate assumes no responsibility, financial or otherwise, beyond the initial first aid provided immediately after the injury, and any services or other liability will be the responsibility of the Program Participant regardless whether the services are covered by the Program Participant’s insurance. NMSU does not provide health insurance to Program Participants. H. Affiliate will, at the commencement of a Program Participant's placement, provide the Program Participant with an orientation about Affiliate's policies, procedures, standards and...
Affiliate Responsibilities. The Affiliate shall provide services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary to perform the following functions: • Ensure the site where services are delivered is well maintained, reflects a professional appearance, and displays Washington Healthplanfinder-approved signage inside and out. • Post and keep regularly scheduled hours during the Exchange’s 2018 open enrollment period, as mutually agreed between Affiliate and Exchange • Assist individuals to complete an application and receive eligibility results • Explain eligibility results and all plan options, and facilitate plan selection • Assist with renewing coverage, including assessing new plan options • Update accounts and report changesAnswer questions and assist people to enroll in Qualified Dental Plan options • Refer individuals to a Navigator organization when in the best interests of the customer
Affiliate Responsibilities. The Affiliate will during the Term: (1) Provide a prominent shelf space to be able to effectively market and retail various jewelry and accessory products consigned to them by PLAINSUGAR. (2) The Affiliate also must agree not to promote other vendors that offer similar or the same products while still in affiliation with PLAINSUGAR. Consequently, “an affiliate of PLAINSUGAR” must also agree to protect all tangible products and intellectual properties shared/provider to them by PLAINSUGAR. An “affiliate” is responsible for all damages caused to inventory, PLAINSUGAR products, fixtures and displays and therefore, must repay all damages, within two weeks of reported damages or loss. In an even the “affiliate” loses any of the inventories provided to them by PLAINSUGAR, an affiliate will be responsible for the cost of the inventory lost.
