Common use of After-acquired Trademarks Clause in Contracts

After-acquired Trademarks. If, before the Obligations shall have ------------------------- been finally paid and satisfied in full, the Assignor shall obtain any right, title or interest in or to any other or new Trademarks, Trademark Registrations or Trademark Rights, the provisions of this Trademark Agreement shall automatically apply thereto and the Assignor shall promptly provide to the Agent notice thereof in writing and execute and deliver to the Agent such documents or instruments as the Agent may reasonably request further to implement, preserve or evidence the Agent's interest therein.

After-acquired Trademarks. If, before the Obligations Notes and the other obligations of the Assignor under the Indenture shall have ------------------------- been finally paid and satisfied in full, the Assignor shall obtain any right, title or interest in or to any other or new Trademarks, Trademark Registrations or Trademark Rights, the provisions of this Trademark Security Agreement shall automatically apply thereto and the Assignor shall promptly provide to the Agent notice thereof in writing and execute and deliver to the Agent such documents or instruments as may be required by applicable law or as the Agent may reasonably request further to implement, preserve or evidence the Agent's ’s interest therein.
