Common use of After exhausting the Grievance Procedure Clause in Contracts

After exhausting the Grievance Procedure. established by this Agreement, either party may, within ten (10) working days, notify the other party in writing of its desire to submit the grievance to arbitration, and the notice shall contain the name of the first party's nominee to the Arbitration Board. The parties may mutually agree in writing to substitute a single arbitrator for the Arbitration Board, at the same time notification is given advising the other party of proceeding to arbitration. All other provisions referring to a Board of Arbitration shall apply.
