Common use of After-Hours or Holiday Services Clause in Contracts

After-Hours or Holiday Services. The Contractor shall provide service after normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00AM- 5:00PM ET) and holiday records retrieval, pick-up/delivery services and on-site review. All records shall be available for emergency retrieval 24 hours per day, seven days a week. The following days are observed as holidays by state agencies: • New Year's Day • Birthday of Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xx. • Memorial Day • Independence Day • Labor Day • Veterans' Day • Thanksgiving Day • Friday after Thanksgiving • Christmas Day If the actual holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday is observed as a holiday. When a holiday falls on Sunday, the following Monday is observed as a holiday.
