After Sale Service. 8.1 Party B shall be in charge of after-sale service maintenance of products or alternation of products due to quality; the expenditure arouse out of which shall be borne by Party B.
8.2 Party B shall be in charge of after-sale service consultation, explanation to clients, back-to-factory repair and alternation of products; the expenditure arouse out of which shall be borne by Party B.
8.3 Party B shall provide after-sale service criterion which should be in accordance with Law of the People's Republic of China on Protecting Consumers' Rights and Interests.
8.4 Party B agrees that Party A shall be paid RMB 50,000 as the after-sale service deposit within three months upon execution of this contract.
8.5 The deposit shall be used for after-sale service of products sold by Party B within three years after expiration of this contract.
8.6 The expenditure arouse out of after-sale service shall be less from deposit; if less, the expenditure shall be paid extra; if more, the balance of deposit shall be returned.
After Sale Service. Seller will provide one year full guarantee to Distributor after the shipping date. In case of faulty Products, Seller shall replace the faulty units with new All-in one PCB. Distributor shall send faulty PCB back to Seller for repairing. Whenever Seller has received a complaint as to the products from distributor, Seller shall immediately make investigation and take a proper action.
After Sale Service. The Distributor shall provide the frontline installation, maintenance or other necessary labor after-sale services for the Products to be sold by Distributor in the Territory as well as handling all customer complaints as required by the governing regulatory body.
After Sale Service. 19.1 After-sale service on this Product between “NGEN” and “Ngen’s” customer shall be carried out on “Ngen’s” own responsibility, with the exception of cases set forth under Article 18; provided, however, that if it is impossible for “NGEN” to conduct repair, “NGEN” may entrust repair to “Samsung” for consideration, and details thereon shall be determined by mutual consultation between “NGEN” and “Samsung”.
After Sale Service. 7.1. Company will provide one year full guarantee to Agent after the shipping date. In case of faulty Products, Company shall replace the faulty units with a new one. Agent shall send faulty products back to Company for repairing if repairing is possible. Whenever Company has received a complaint as to the products from Agent, Company shall immediately make investigation and take a proper action within 15 days at most starts from the reception date of agent request.
After Sale Service. If a consumer discovers any quality issue in any of the Commodities after the purchase, Party A shall be entitled to compensate the consumer first, provided, however, that the amount of compensation must be approved by Part B in writing. After Party A compensates the consumer for his/her losses, the customer service staff will inform Party B about the plan and amount of such compensation, and Party B agrees that such amount of compensation as approved by Party B in writing shall be deducted from the amounts payable to Party B, and any shortfall (if any) shall be paid separately by Party B to Party A.
After Sale Service. Parties A and B shall conclude the Internet Information Service Project Service Contract as an appendix to this contract.
After Sale Service. Party A reserves the right to audit Party B’s quality assurance system once a year. Party B must accept Party A’s inspection of Party B’s quality system and production process at any time, provide necessary information and give full cooperation. Party A shall hold a quality review meeting with Party B when necessary, and Party B shall cooperate. The materials provided by Party B shall meet the requirements of European Union ROSH, REACH and domestic and foreign environmental protection requirements. If the materials provided by Party B fail to meet the relevant environmental protection requirements, resulting in Party A being punished, Party B shall bear the losses. After Sale Service. Party A shall ensure the quality standard follows the national secondary plants growing standard. Party A shall provide cultivation techniques, corresponding technical support service and a quarantine certificate. Party A shall follow the national standard for packaging and to keep the broken bags rate under 1%.
After Sale Service. Party B shall provide Party A with a warranty period of one year for free from the date of acceptance of the project results. During the warranty period, Party B shall make modification and content update to the video resources for free, and the specific modifications and updates are determined by Party A. If Party A needs large-scale modifications to the course, such as remaking or additional course filming, reediting or additional video editing, Party B shall provide paid services.
