Common use of After the Collection Date Clause in Contracts

After the Collection Date. (a) notwithstanding any other provision contained within the Conditions the Materials shall be held by the Company solely at the risk of the Client; (b) the Client shall be liable to the Company for such reasonable charges as the Company may raise against the Client for the continued storage of the Materials; (c) the Company shall be entitled to serve notice on the Client requiring the Client to collect the Materials within 3 (three) months of the date of such notice failing which the Company shall be entitled to destroy or otherwise dispose of the Materials.
