Agency Community Partners. In keeping with the Agency’s customary practice, the Agency will use good faith efforts to involve community partners in the development of not less than three hundred (300) Agency Affordable Units. Community partners include but are not limited to non-profit organizations providing services to the residents of the greater Southeast interested and qualified to develop, co-develop, or provide social or clinical services to residents of the Agency Affordable Projects.
