Agency Duties a. General Obligations of the Agency. The Agency will:
i. Train the SRO regarding their role in the School District prior to his/her placement in the School District, or as soon as possible thereafter, by providing all tuition, workbooks, transportation and all other costs, other than salary, associated with successful completion of the New York State, DCJS, School Resource Officer Training Program. Such training should encourage the SRO to exercise discretion to minimize arrests for minor misbehaviors and use all available diversion programs and other alternatives to arrest. Such training may also include topical areas such as child and adolescent development and psychology; age-appropriate responses; cultural competence; restorative justice techniques; special accommodations for students with disabilities; practices proven to improve school climate; and challenges relative to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender students and questioning students.
ii. Collect data reflecting all school-based searches, seizures, citations, ticketing, arrests, use of force, interrogations, court referrals, and disaggregate the data by location of arrest/school, charge, arresting agency, gender, age, race/ethnicity, disability and ESL status. Said data shall the take the form of individual New York State Incident Reports and shall be provided to the District on the same day the report is created. The Agency shall otherwise provide this data to the School District as requested.
Agency Duties. AGENCY agrees to provide the services listed below to the Adoptive Parents. AGENCY’s responsibilities are strictly limited to those set forth below, and the Adoptive Parent(s) agree and understand that if, at any time, they desire AGENCY to perform services in addition to those listed below, such needs should be raised with the Executive Director of AGENCY. AGENCY, at its sole discretion, shall determine whether to accommodate the Adoptive Parent’s additional needs, provided, however that any agreement by AGENCY to accept additional responsibilities is binding and enforceable only upon express written agreement, signed by the Executive Director of AGENCY.
a. AGENCY shall work with the Adoptive Parent(s) to assist them in the completion, organization, finalization and submission of all documentation necessary to receive a referral of a child for adoption from a foreign country. AGENCY will secure authentication of all dossier documents through appropriate channels.
b. If AGENCY is not performing the home study services, AGENCY agrees to work cooperatively with the home study agency that the Adoptive Parent(s) choose and AGENCY contracts with to review and approve the home study by Hague Convention standards.
c. Upon presenting the Adoptive Parent(s) with a potential referral of a child from a foreign country, and the Adoptive Parent(s)’ acceptance thereof (hereinafter, the “Child(ren)”), AGENCY shall work on behalf of the Adoptive Parent(s) to assist them in the completion, organization, finalization and submission of all documentation necessary for the Adoptive Parent(s) to adopt the Child(ren) from the placing country; provided, however, that AGENCY specifically excludes from its obligations the services set forth in this Sections (f) and (g) below.
d. AGENCY shall provide the Adoptive Parent(s) with all information on the Child(ren) in its physical possession, subject to the limitations contained in the Disclosure of Risks section included below.
e. AGENCY shall facilitate all administrative, judicial and/or other proceedings based on protocol and procedures of placing country effecting the adoption of the Child(ren) by the Adoptive Parent(s).
f. To the extent that the Adoptive Parent(s) are citizens of the United States, AGENCY shall assist Adoptive Parent(s) in completing all documentation necessary for the Child(ren) to apply for and acquire an exit visa and gain admission to the United States of America. Agency Duties. Provide a Pilot Cohort (CTE Health Science Course) for the initial term of this Agreement and share it with FBCHHS that will include the proposed dates for the in-person debriefing sessions for each cohort to discuss expanding to a larger population.
Agency Duties. 3.1. Provide administrative support as follows:

Provide designated district personnel who will assist in contracting parents or identified caregivers of students referred for services to facilitate the transfer and completion of required paperwork, including, but not limited to, intake packets, consent forms, screening checklists, assessment forms and release of information forms
3.1.2. Provide a designated private office space where services can be provided to students at each school building during times identified for the provision of services
Agency Duties. Grants shall be paid at the direction of the Director of State Budget. The total amount paid by the Agency to the Grantee under this Award Agreement is $71,247. Grants of $100,000 or more to or for the use of the Grantee shall be made in quarterly or monthly payments, in the discretion of the Director of State Budget. Grants of less than $100,000 may be made in one single payment. The Agency may provide monitoring and oversight through a combination of periodic e-mails, calls, visits, and review of reports, invoices, and deliverables.

Agency Duties. A. Agencies shall inform all patrol officers, dispatchers and other employees who accept or assign calls for service about the terms of this agreement and update existing procedures, protocols and training content accordingly.
B. Agencies shall keep a copy of the most current revision of this agreement in a location accessible to all patrol officers, dispatchers and other employees who accept or assign calls for service, and immediately available to those at the rank of Sergeant or higher.
Agency Duties. Agency agrees to provide such information, assistance, cooperation, and access to books, records, and other information as is necessary for A&W to effectively render its professional services under this Agreement. To the extent Agency desires services to be rendered on site, Agency, at Agency’s expense, will make available sufficient office space, furniture, telephones, computers, facsimile machines, and secretarial support, as approved by the Executive Director, as may be necessary therefor. Agency further agrees to abide by this Agreement, and to timely pay A&W’s bills for fees, costs, and expenses, as established by this Agreement. However, nothing in this Section, or any other part of this Agreement, shall be construed in any manner as limiting the ultimate and absolute discretion of the Agency Board, at any time, to assign or reassign legal matters of Agency from or to A&W.
