Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrowers jointly and severally agree to pay to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrowers, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated March 26, 2008, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.
Agent and Arranger Fees. The Company agrees to pay to the Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Company, the Agent and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated July 12, 2002, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.
Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Agent and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated March 6, 2001, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.
Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay all fees and expenses payable to the Agent, Arrangers and Lenders.
Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Agent and the Arranger from time to time.
Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrowers jointly and severally agree to pay to the Administrative Agent and the Lead Arrangers, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrowers, the Administrative Agent and the Lead Arrangers pursuant to those certain letter agreements dated July 19, 2013, among the applicable parties or as otherwise agreed from time to time.
Agent and Arranger Fees. Without limiting the continuing applicability of any fee letters delivered in connection with the Existing Credit Agreement, the Company agrees to pay to the Agent and the Arrangers, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower and the Arrangers pursuant to the letter agreements among such parties dated October 30, 2008, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.
Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent and Banc One Capital Markets, Inc., for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Agent and Banc One Capital Markets, Inc. pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated October 21, 2002, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.
Agent and Arranger Fees. The Company agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by NSI, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated on or about February 20, 2002 or as otherwise agreed from time to time.
Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent and the Arranger, such additional fees as are specified in the Fee Letter. The closing fee payable pursuant to the Fee Letter shall be paid to Agent as set forth herein, for the account of each Lender in accordance with such Lender’s Pro Rata Share. All other fees payable pursuant to the Fee Letter shall be payable to the Agent or Arranger, as applicable, for their own account.
