Agent and Arranger Fees. Without limiting the continuing applicability of any fee letters delivered in connection with the Existing Credit Agreement, the Company agrees to pay to the Agent and the Arrangers, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower and the Arrangers pursuant to the letter agreements among such parties dated October 30, 2008, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.
