Agent of Service. Without prejudice to any other mode of service allowed under any relevant law, each Borrower hereby appoints Xylem Water Holdings Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 07618426 and having its registered office at c/o Xylem Water Services Ltd, 000 Xxxxxx Xxxx, Farnborough, Hants, England GU14 8JE as its agent of service for the purposes of accepting service on its behalf of any writ, notice, order, judgement or other legal process. Each Borrower agrees that failure by a process agent to notify it of the process will not invalidate the proceedings concerned.
Agent of Service. Each Borrower (other than the Parent) agrees that failure by a process agent to notify it of the process will not invalidate the proceedings concerned.

The Borrower agrees that failure by a process agent to notify it of the process will not invalidate the proceedings concerned.

The Bank hereby appoints Securities Management Trust Limited of 0 Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx XX0X 0XX to be its agent for the purpose of accepting service of legal process.
Agent of Service. Without prejudice to any other mode of service allowed under any relevant law, each of the Italian Holdco, the French Subsidiary and the Italian Subsidiary hereby irrevocably appoints LivaNova PLC, at c/o Legalinx Limited, 0 Xxxxxx Xxxx, London EC4A l BR, United Kingdom as its agent of service for the purposes of accepting service on its behalf of any writ, notice, order, judgement or other legal process (and UK Holdco by its execution of this Agreement accepts that appointment). Each of the Italian Holdco, the French Subsidiary and the Italian Subsidiary agrees that failure by a process agent to notify it of the process will not invalidate the proceedings concerned.
Agent of Service. Without prejudice to any other mode of service allowed under any relevant law, the Borrower hereby irrevocably appoints Buzzacott LLP of 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, XX0X 0XX, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx as its agent of service for the purposes of accepting service on its behalf of any writ, notice, order, judgement or other legal process. The Borrower agrees that failure by a process agent to notify it of the process will not invalidate the proceedings concerned. The Bank hereby appoints The Securities Management Trust Limited of 0 Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx XX0 0XX, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx to be its agent for the purpose of accepting service of legal process.
Agent of Service. (a) The Borrower hereby appoints AGCO Ltd., Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, XX0 0XX, XX as its agent for service of process under this Contract for service of process in any proceedings before the English courts in connection with this Contract.
(b) If any person appointed as process agent under paragraph (a) above is unable for any reason to so act or if such appointment is terminated for any reason, the Borrower must immediately (and in any event within 15 (fifteen) days of the event taking place) appoint another agent on terms acceptable to the Bank. Failing this, the Bank may appoint another process agent for this purpose.
(c) The Borrower agrees that failure by a process agent to notify it of any process will not invalidate the relevant proceedings.
(d) This Article 11.04 does not affect any other method of service allowed by law.
