AGENT OR BROKER. The agent or broker handling this agreement is not the agent or broker of FIRST, and cannot legally bind FIRST in any way. W here permissible by law, some portion of the finance charge may be paid by FIRST to the agent or broker executing this agreement as payment for the services in rendering the financing of the insurance premiums. Any and all questions about this payment should be directed to the agent or broker.
AGENT OR BROKER. Insured agrees that the Agent or Broker issuing the policies or through whom the policies were issued is not the agent of LENDER, except for any action taken on behalf of LENDER with the express authority of LENDER, and LENDER is not bound by anything the Agent or Broker represents to Insured, orally or in writing, that is not contained in this Agreement. Where permissible by law, LENDER may pay some portion of the finance charge or other form of compensation to the Agent or Broker executing this Agreement for aiding in the administration of this Agreement, and in NY the Agent or Broker may assess a fee to Insured for obtaining and servicing the Financed Policies pursuant to NY CLS Ins § 2119. Any questions regarding this payment should be directed to the Agent or Broker.
AGENT OR BROKER. The Contractor and the Surety, jointly and severally, bind themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns to the Owner for the performance of the Construction Contract, which is incorporated herein by reference.
AGENT OR BROKER. The Agent or Broker named on the front of this Agreement is neither authorized by LENDER to receive installments payable under this Agreement nor is authorized to make any representations to insured on LENDER’s behalf (except to the extent expressly required by applicable law).
AGENT OR BROKER. The Contractor and the Surety, jointly and severally, bind themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns to the Owner for the performance of the Solid Waste Services Contract, which is incorporated herein by reference.
AGENT OR BROKER. The parties hereto agree that no agent or broker brought about this sale on behalf of SELLER.
AGENT OR BROKER. Xxxxxxxx understands and agrees that Xxxxxx is not acting as an insurance carrier, agent or broker and shall have no liability as such. Xxxxxxxx understands and agrees that the Producer is the Xxxxxxxx's insurance agent or broker and not the agent of Xxxxxx (except in Virginia if 14 VAC 5-390- 70 provides otherwise) and that the Producer as such insurance agent or broker has no power or authority to make agreements or enter into contracts for Lender.
AGENT OR BROKER. Acknowledge while the Agent or Broker submitting this PA may be accepting the Initial Payment on Imperial PFS Canada’s behalf, that such Agent or Broker is not Imperial PFS Canada’s agent and cannot legally bind Imperial PFS Canada in any way.
AGENT OR BROKER. FIRST makes no warranties or representations concerning the financed insurance coverage nor has it played any part in the selection, structuring or acquisition of such coverage. This agreement represents the entire understanding of the parties. FIRST has not authorized any party, whatsoever, to make any representations, commitments or promises with respect to this premium finance transaction other than completing the contract.
AGENT OR BROKER. The agent or broker handling this agreement is not the agent or broker of FIRST, and cannot legally bind FIRST in any way. CORRECTIONS. FIRST may insert the names of the insurance companies and policy numbers, if these are not known at the time Insured signs this agreement. FIRST is authorized to correct patent errors or omissions in this agreement. EFFECTIVE DATE. This agreement will not become effective until it is accepted in writing by FIRST.
