Common use of Aggrieved Person Representation Clause in Contracts

Aggrieved Person Representation. The BOARD acknowledges the right of a grievance representative to participate in the processing of a formal grievance at any level once the grievance is reduced to writing. No Employee shall be required to discuss any grievance if he/she desires the presence of a representative and the representative is not present.
