Common use of Aging Reports Clause in Contracts

Aging Reports. Together with each delivery of financial statements of the Note Parties pursuant to Sections 6.1(a), 6.1(b) and 6.1(c), (i) a summary of the accounts receivable aging report of each Note Party as of the end of such period, and (ii) a summary of accounts payable aging report of each Note Party as of the end of such period, in each case in form and substance satisfactory to Lead Investor;

Aging Reports. Together with each delivery of financial statements of the Company and each other Note Parties Party pursuant to Sections 6.1(a), 6.1(b) and 6.1(c5.1(a), (i) a summary of the accounts receivable aging report of each Note Party as of the end of such period, and (ii) a summary of accounts payable aging report of each Note Party as of the end of such period, in each case in form and substance satisfactory to Lead Investor;

Together with each delivery of financial statements of the Note Parties Issuer and its consolidated Subsidiaries pursuant to Sections 6.1(a), 6.1(b) and 6.1(c6.1(b), (i) a summary of the accounts receivable aging report of each Note Party as of the end of such period, and (ii) a summary of accounts payable aging report of each Note Party as of the end of such period, in each case in form and substance satisfactory to Lead InvestorAdministrative Agent;

Together with each delivery of quarterly and audited financial statements of the Note Parties Issuer and its consolidated Subsidiaries pursuant to Sections 6.1(a), 6.1(b) and 6.1(c), (i) a summary of the accounts receivable aging report of each Note Party as of the end of such period, and (ii) a summary of accounts payable aging report of each Note Party as of the end of such period, in each case in form and substance detail reasonably satisfactory to Lead Investor;Administrative Agent.
