Agreement Administration. SBBC has delegated authority to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee to take any actions necessary to implement and administer this Agreement.

Agreement Administration. As the Agreement Administrator, the Company has the full and sole discretionary authority to administer and interpret the Agreement, including discretionary authority to determine eligibility for participation in and for benefits under the Agreement, to determine the amount of benefits (if any) payable per participant, and to interpret any terms of this document. All determinations by the Agreement Administrator will be final and conclusive upon all persons and be given the maximum possible deference allowed by law. The Agreement Administrator is the “named fiduciary” of the Agreement for purposes of ERISA and will be subject to the applicable fiduciary standards of ERISA when acting in such capacity. The Company may delegate in writing to any other person all or a portion of its authority or responsibility with respect to the Agreement.
Agreement Administration. An Association representative(s) shall meet with the Superintendent or his designee at a scheduled monthly meeting to discuss matters covered by this Agreement. Such meetings may be postponed by either party. These meetings are not intended to bypass administrative channels, the negotiations or the grievance procedures. At the discretion of either party, additional meetings may be scheduled, at a mutually agreeable time, but not later than five (5) working days from the date the request is made. Such requests will be in writing and will contain the items of concern.
Agreement Administration. This Agreement will be administered by the Managing Member. Except as limited by law, the Managing Member will have full power to construe and interpret this Agreement and the LLC Agreement, to establish, amend or waive rules and regulations for this Agreement’s administration, and to make all other determinations that may be necessary or advisable to administer this Agreement. As permitted by law, the Managing Member may delegate some or all of its authority under this Agreement. All determinations and decisions made by the Managing Member (or its delegate) pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement will be final, conclusive and binding on all Persons, including, without limitation, the Company, its Members, all Affiliates, the Participant and his successors, heirs and assigns.
Agreement Administration. The Board and the Association recognize the importance of good communication for the effective administration of this Agreement.
Agreement Administration a. NSU and STC Leadership will meet at least annually in July to review all articulation agreements.
b. Institutions will create a combined annual report detailing the progress of the articulation agreement.
c. Curriculum changes to the AAS degrees at STC and the BS degrees in the NSU College of Professional Studies – School of Business will be communicated annually between the STC Xxxxxxx and the NSU Associate Xxxxxxx by May 31.
d. Student Information System coding will be created to identify and track students participating in the articulation agreement.
e. Articulation information will be posted to institutional websites.
f. Marketing and promotion materials specific to this articulation agreement will be co-branded in collaboration with respective Communications/Marketing departments.
g. Admissions, Registrars, Advisors, Distance Education Staff, and Faculty will establish an annual meeting to review, update, and share program promotions.
h. NSU will provide current Programs of Study for STC students planning to complete a BS degree at NSU per this Articulation Agreement.

Agreement Administration. For purposes of communications, Agreement interpretations and Agreement administration, meetings of the Superintendent and the President of the Association shall be held at least once a month. Additional meetings may be held at the request of either party at times as mutually agreed upon by the Superintendent and the President of the Association.
Agreement Administration. The Association President shall meet with the Superintendent or his/her appointed designee with the authority to make decisions at a scheduled monthly meeting, or as mutually agreed upon, to discuss matters covered by this Agreement, including budget matters.
