AGREEMENT ADMINISTRATOR. The Agreement Administrator will administer the Agreement for performance and payment, and will decide all questions which may arise as to quality and acceptability of the work, rate of progress, definition of work to be performed, completion of milestones, and acceptable fulfillment of the Agreement. The Consultant shall address all correspondence, make all requests, and deliver all documents to the Administrator. The Administrator shall be responsible for the timely coordination of all reviews performed by the State or their representatives.

AGREEMENT ADMINISTRATOR. For purposes of this Agreement, City designates ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ as the Agreement Administrator who shall monitor Consultant’s performance under this Agreement. All notices, invoices or other documents shall be addressed to the Agreement Administrator, as well as all substantive issues relating to this contract.
