Agreement and Fees. A. This License Agreement is entered into between the Trustees of the University of La Verne, hereinafter called “University,” and the above named person, hereinafter called “Licensee.”
Agreement and Fees. A breach of this tenancy agreement by the tenant may give the landlord the right to end the tenancy and claim damages in accordance with the RTA. Any money owing by the tenant to the landlord under this tenancy agreement pursuant to a court order or an order of the director or otherwise may bear interest at the post judgment court order interest rate from and including the time such money becomes payable, calculated and payable monthly until repayment both before and after judgment. Returned and not sufficient funds (N.S.F.) cheques are subject to a minimum service charge of $20.00 each, or the then current rate charged for such services by the Royal Bank of Canada, Main Branch, Vancouver, British Columbia, whichever is more. If this agreement requires the tenant to pay utility charges and such charges are unpaid more than 30 days after the tenant is given a written demand for payment of them, the landlord may treat the unpaid utility charges as unpaid rent and may serve a notice to end a tenancy to the tenant. A fee may be charged by the landlord where the tenant requests a move from one rental unit to another.
Agreement and Fees. A. The Housing License Agreement is a binding agreement between CSUSB, DHRE, and the Licensee. This agreement is a full Academic Year term or a Spring-Only term.

(A) For occupancy commencing on the date specified on the Student Housing License Agreement, Licensee shall pay the sum indicated on the Student Housing License Agreement Payment Plan, due and payable on the dates specified by Student Financial Services without demand or billing from the Student Housing Office. For periods of occupancy within any license period, but less than the complete license period, the student housing fees shall be prorated on a daily basis. Each late payment made will be assessed a $30 late fee.

The agreement shall identify the tax incentive award amount, the tax incentive award date, the project completion deadline, and the total costs of the housing project.

The license period begins August 18, 2017 and initially runs through December 31, 2017 for the Fall semester, This License commences again on January 1, 2018 and thereafter ends on May 19, 2018 for the Spring semester. All housing fees are due at the beginning of each month in accordance with the University fee schedule. All housing fees will be collected by the facility manager, Alliance Residential Company, LLC (ARC).

The agreement shall identify the tax incentive award amount, the tax incentive award date, the project completion deadline, and the total costs of the disaster recovery housing project.
