AGREEMENT AND GENERAL RELEASE. AGREEMENT AND GENERAL RELEASE. Agreement and General Release (the “Agreement”), by and among Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx (“Executive” and referred to herein as “you”) and Herbalife International of America, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”).
AGREEMENT AND GENERAL RELEASE. The Boeing Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, successors and assigns in such capacity, and the current, future and former employees, officers, directors, trustees and agents thereof (collectively referred to throughout this Agreement as “Employer”) and W. Xxxxx XxXxxxxx, Xx., his heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns (collectively referred to throughout this Agreement as “Employee”) agree:
AGREEMENT AND GENERAL RELEASE. In exchange for the compensation package described above, you expressly agree to and will sign the Release and the Resignation Letter attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and deliver them to the Company at the time of delivery of a countersigned copy of this Agreement.
AGREEMENT AND GENERAL RELEASE. You acknowledge that you have thoroughly read and understand all of the provisions of this Agreement (including the General Release contained in Attachment A), that you have been advised to consult with an attorney prior to signing this Agreement, and that you are signing this Agreement knowingly and voluntarily.
