Your acceptance of this Agreement is evidenced by your performance.
(a) These Terms and Conditions apply in particular to contracts for the sale and/or the delivery of movable goods, irrespective of the fact whether the seller manufactures the goods himself or purchases them from suppliers (§§ 433, 650 BGB). Unless otherwise agreed, the Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of JLL´s order or in any case in the version last notified to him in text form shall form a framework agreement applicable for similar future contracts
Agreement and Services. 1.1 This Agreement is between Lancashire County Council (LCC) and Eligible Providers ("Provider") offering Free Early Education and Childcare within the administrative boundaries of Lancashire County Council.
1.2 The Provider will, during the Contract Period:
a. provide Childcare and Early Education places to eligible two year olds and/or eligible three and four year old children from within the boundary of Lancashire County Council in accordance with this Agreement;
b. ensure Early Years Pupil Premium funding is used to improve the education they provide for disadvantaged three and four year old children.
Agreement and Services. Contractor shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide, perform, and complete, in the manner specified and described, and upon the terms and conditions set forth, in this Agreement, all of which is herein referred to as the "Services" and all of which is described in further detail in Exhibit A attached to this Agreement:

(b) These Terms and Conditions shall apply exclusively. Deviating, conflicting or supplementary general Terms and Conditions provided by you shallonly then be part of the contract, that and to the extent JLL expressly agreed to in writing.

1.2 The Provider will, during the Contract Period:
a. provide EEF places to eligible children within the boundary of Lancashire County Council in accordance with this Agreement.
b. ensure Early Years Pupil Premium (EYPP) funding is used to improve the education they provide for all disadvantaged children who are eligible for EYPP.
