Common use of Agreement and Transaction Documents Clause in Contracts

Agreement and Transaction Documents. In the event of a conflict, ambiguity or inconsistency between the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and any Transaction Document, the terms and conditions in this Agreement will control, provided that, if Flow Down Terms are set forth in or incorporated by reference into the applicable Transaction Document, then such Flow Down Terms will control.
