Agreement Binding Upon Successors. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties hereto and their respective successors, assigns, personal representatives, heirs, legatees and beneficiaries, provided, however, that Employee may not delegate his duties and obligations hereunder to any other person, and further provided that no assignment of this Agreement by ART shall relieve ART of any of its obligations under the terms of this Agreement.
